January is National Mentoring Month! The Outagamie County Mentoring Program is hosting a Mentoring Open House with food and door prizes to show appreciation and thanks to current mentors, raise awareness of the need to guide and empower our youth, and recruit potential mentors.
Staff and other mentors will be available to answer any questions. Stop in to see what mentoring is all about! January 29 from 5pm- 7pm at Youth and Family Services, 500 W Fifth St. Appleton.
RSVP to hhsmentors@Outagamie.org or 920-832-2223.
We are a one on one mentoring program connecting youth ages 6-17 with adult mentors. The program is unique in that all youth are involved in the Child Welfare or Juvenile Justice System and referred for mentoring by County Social Workers. For more information visit www.hhsvolunteers.org.
